2015-9-21  Just tried this bread – and love it in general. Haven’t found many whole wheat recipes where the bread ends up being so light and fluffy, rather than thick and tough. Great taste too! However, my only gripe is that it almost turned out a little too fluffy – so that the bread crumbles pretty easily especially when spreading PB or butter on it.
